Bend’s Old-Fashioned July 4th Festival & Pet Parade: Children of all ages bring their special pet (dogs, llamas, horses, lizards, goats & lots of stuffed animals) to parade through downtown Bend. Decorating & lineup: 9:30am; parade begins at 10 am.
