So the famous Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show is tomorrow (from 9:30 am-5 pm), but the town is already hoppin’.
This year (the 35th!), more than 1,300 quilts from around the world will be displayed throughout  town (both inside and out–it’s really quite a sight), and many local businesses will be hosting special quilt-related exhibits (here’s a map showing just how many activities are scheduled).
So it seems the quilting world has gotten a good head start on the revelry (actually, there are quilt-related activities for about a week building up to the big day): town is packed already, and the streets are filled with folks — despite the 90-degree heat.
